Cashew Kunukukunuku recipe is very easy and tasty recipe, it is suitable for the evening snacks. kunuku is a mouth watery recipe, equally famous amoung indian recipes, north indian recipes and south indian recipes.
Cashew Kunuku

Ingredients used to make kunuku recipe:

  • Rava (Cream of Wheat) 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Cashew 10-15 chopped
  • Green chilles 5-6
  • Coconut 1 spoon
  • Salt 3/4 t.spoon
  • Cooking Oil for frying

Method to prepare kunuku recipe:

  • Grind cashew, chilles, coconut, salt finely with water, and mix this with the flours.
  • Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
  • Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with imli ki chutneygreen chutney with tea.
Variations of kunuku recipe:

Ingredients needed to cook Kunuku Recipe:-

  • 1/2 cup- Channa dal
  • 1/2 cup- Toor dal
  • 11/2 tbsp- Urad dal
  • 5 to 6- Red chillies
  • Asafoetida-1/4 tsp,
  • curry leaves 5 to 6,
  • salt-to taste,
  • oil deep frying.
  • Onion or coconut(optional)

Steps to make kunuku recipe:-

  • Make sure to clean the dals abd soak all dals and chillies together for 1 hour.
  • Grind them with asafoetida and salt,adding very little water to make a thick batter.
  • Take a palmful of batter,and push it with the back of the thumb one by one in the oil, and deep fry.
