Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

Hi Everyone, I am back from my trip to my native, totally asked for and refreshed. Did not have the state of mind to spend much time in the kitchen, so merely prepped this simple veggie sandwich. Sandwichesare popular as they are quite hassle-free to load for institution lunch time or office or barbecues and so on. There are a wide range of dental fillings ranging from quandaries, veggies, paneer, potatoes and so on. Sandwich could be toasted, grilled or ordinary. Now to the really straightforward vegetable multicolored sandwich.
Ingredients needed.
  • Sandwich Bread – White/brown – 4 pieces.
  • Carrot – 2 tablespoon grated.
  • Beetroot – 2 tbsp grated.
  • Capsicum – 2 tbsp carefully chopped.
  • Butter – as needed.
  • Cheese Slice – 1.
  • Salt – as called for.
  • Pepper – as called for.
Prep works.
  • Heat a little butter in a pan and saute the grated carrots for a few seconds. Add salt and pepper. Keep it apart.
  • In the very same pan, warm some more butter and saute the grated beetroots and capsicums separately. Add required pepper and salt to it. Keep aside.
  • Trim the brown sides of the bread and use butter on one side of all the 4 bread pieces.
Method.
  • Take 1 bread slice with buttered side encountering up, spot 2-3 tsp of grated carrots and close it with the Second piece with buttered side encountering up.
  • On the top of the butter, place grated beetroot.
  • Top it with the 3rd piece of bread with butter side encountering up.
  • On the top of it, place sauteed capsicum and a layer of cheese piece.
  • Then shut it with the 4th slice with buttered side facing down.
  • Suffice diagonally and appreciate it with tomato ketchup.
