Potato Sandwich Recipe – Sandwich dish
Typically on Sundays, after lunch time, I do not spend time in the cooking area. I mostly hang around doing various other things which I adore. Every Sunday night, my husband prepares something light. Today, he readied potato sandwich and it tried outstanding. Ingredients required for the padding
- Potato -3
- Onion – 2 (tool sized).
- Eco-friendly chilli -2.
- Ginger – 1 inch item carefully chopped.

- Turmeric powder – a pinch.
- Oil – 1 tbsp.
- Chillies powder – 1/4 tsp or as called for.
- Salt as needed.
- Mustard -1 / 2 tsp.
- Urad dal – 1/2 tsp.
- Peel the skin of potato and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut onion, tomatoes, ginger and chillies finely.
- Warmth oil and include the substances for flavoring. When mustard splutters, include red onions, green chillie and ginger. Saute well.
- Add tomatoes and saute for a couple of even more mins.
- Include cut potatoes, chillies powder, turmeric powder and salt.
